How can hide any folder without a software?

Here is a simple way to hide any folder without a software.
follow the steps below...
1.right click on the folder and selcect rename
2.hold alt key and press 0160,then enter.
3.the name of ur folder will be lost!
(the folder and rename it by pressing Alt+ 0160in this way the name of the folder become invisible)
4.nowright click onto the folder and select propertiesthen from that select customize Tab then select changeicon.from there select the white space icon.in this way the folder became invisible.if any body faces problem just reply me.
